i tried creating the free tier mysql database,there is no provision to mention dbname and because of than i cant access it from my code.

Hello.
If you want to create a database when creating an RDS instance, you can do so by opening "Additional configuration" and entering "Initial database name".

If you have already created an RDS instance, you can install MySQL Workbench etc. on your local PC and create a database after connecting to the RDS instance. https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/create-mysql-db/?nc1=h_ls
