why aws s3 access denied on ubuntu but works on macos?

Hi, just wondering why I try to upload an image on ubuntu OS but the got the error code 403. The following is the screenshot of the error message:
However, when I try the same code on my MAC OS, everything works fine. I can upload the image to bucket. Does anyone know why? Soooo urgent!!!
Here is my bucket policy. I don't think I set any restriction on SourceIP or other condition. The thing I am confused is why it works on Mac but not on Ubuntu...
