Hello,

OpenSearch Service supports Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) for notifications. This integration means that in addition to standard destinations (Slack, custom web-hooks, and Amazon Chime), you can also send emails, text messages, and even run AWS Lambda functions using SNS topics.

Can you mention the steps that you performed while setting up the notifications ? Also, is there any error that you are receiving ? Can you also check the Junk folder for the same ?
