Setup aws sms onetime password in production and dev

Hi, I use amplify auth, Cognito authentication. For signup, I have confirmed SMS code and for signing I have MFA. I got 10 messages in the beginning and everything worked well. I later stopped receiving messages and I sent a request to increase the limit. Limit is increased and was implemented in Europe (Frankfurt) region. Also, account are moved out of the Amazon SNS sandbox. I use Europe (Frankfurt) region. but my Cognito auth still uses SNS sandbox. When I try to move to production redirect me to Ireland region and support center. How to connect my project, Cognito auth with Amazon SNS mode in production?

Can you please provide additional clarity on the Redirect statement?

Do you mean that signing into Cognito is redirecting your auth region for SNS? Or that support is redirecting you to leverage Ireland for SNS instead of Frankfurt?
