Codepipeline got stuck with deploy "in progress" ... but deploy was done

Hi, we are experiencing a strange behavior in our pipeline flow. Step from source pulling e image building are correctly marked as succeeded in pipeline but the procedure fall in a "in progress" state for the deploy step. Anyway, when I check ECR panel, I can see the image correctly deployed to cluster. Nothing was changed in the last days about the pipeline setting up, just as usual new commits. Logs are clean and nothing can point me to resolve this issue. Is there something that I can check further to fix this situation? Thanks!
