Migration to Lightsail

Hi, I have an existing (and old) site, avidcruiser.com. I am looking for someone to help me migrate from either Codeguard or where the site is currently hosted, Littlebizzy.com.

The database is large - 20.4 gb - and files are 10 gb. The site gets about 11,000 page views a month. It could increase if cruise ships return to service and our site gets busy again.

I have set up a LIghtsail instance with Wordpress and am trying to figure out what I need. Could anyone recommend what I need?

I believe it’s a container and database. I would also need backups. Thank you.
