Amazon Connect and Salesforce screen pop

Hi, we are testing amazon connect integrated with salesforce classic. In the IVR we ask for a case number and when the customer enters the case number it passes the attributes over to salesforce. I can see the attributes in the CCP. The issue I'm having is it's not searching and popping the case if there is a match. How do I accomplish this?
