Instance SSH not working

Hello All Our instance not working properly.

Our account have 3 instance. One is perfectly fine working 2nd which is active isn’t. Its SSH not working. We are using in web browser ssh but not working and pem file but both are not working.

We are unable to do work due to this condition.

AWS cannot "reset your instance" and you will need to troubleshoot the issue to resolve it. If you can include more information about the error message and configuration, this will help the community to provide a solution. Have you check the security groups?

Please ensure your instance's firewall settings are correct for SSH: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/understanding-firewall-and-port-mappings-in-amazon-lightsail

Here is information on connecting to your instance via terminal SSH: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-ssh-using-terminal

I would also recommend creating an instance snapshot and creating a new instance from that snapshot then attempting to connect to the new instance.
