Does AWS AppRunner support Python code that uses Tkinter (Tk GUI toolkit)

Hi,

I have an interactive solution built using the tkinter module in python. AWS AppRunner seems to be the ideal tool to address my needs.

Will this tool allow me to pip install this module?
