Unable to change admin password on AWS Managed Microsoft AD

I'm try to change an expired administrator password in a AWS Managed Microsoft AD (by aws web interface or aws cli) but i recive the error "An error occurred (ServiceException) when calling the ResetUserPassword operation (reached max retries: 2): An internal service error has been encountered."

Any suggestions?

The default username of the AWS MAD installation is Admin, not Administrator. You will not have access to reset the actual Administrator user account.
