Monthly RDS charges. Can't see where they're coming from. I've deleted everything.

It just came to my attention I've been getting billed around $20 per month for RDS for about a year. I deleted everything ages ago. No resources show up on the RDS dashboard. How am I supposed to find out where this charge is coming from?

Could it be something running in another region?

Go to the Billing Dashboard and select one of the bills that has a charge on it for RDS. Scroll down to Charges by Service and you should be able to see a breakdown of what you were billed for by service, and within each service it will be broken down by region.
