Hi guys! I prepare to provision Landing Zone for multi-account environment to a customer and I'm looking for a template to take survey to collect customer information. If you have the template, please share with me. Thanks!

Can't help with providing survey templates, but would strongly recommend reading this document. You may be able to generate your survey questions by reading this - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/prescriptive-guidance/latest/designing-control-tower-landing-zone/designing-control-tower-landing-zone.pdf
