Giving Away Free Test Exams and 50% Off Coupons

So it looks like this is prohibited practice per the Pearson checkout window.  
  
**Vouchers/Promotion Codes are intended for use solely by the individual to whom they were awarded or assigned. Where applicable, Vouchers/Promotion Codes may only be used with the AWS Certification account to which they were assigned. If AWS, in its sole discretion, determines you misused a Voucher/Promotion Code, AWS may invalidate the exam result related to the misuse and the benefit will not be reinstated**.  
  
We tend to have a certification meeting at our place of work and the more senior personnel would like to hand out their 50% off and test exams but now we're concerned this could cause someone's account be invalidated.   
  
Can we get some guidance on this? Is it safe to hand out our earned benefits to get others certified?

It is against AWS Certification policies to give benefits vouchers or any other vouchers to another person. AWS monitors voucher usage and if it is determined that a voucher was given to a candidate other than who it was originally assigned to, the result tied to the used voucher may be invalidated. Please note the language on the Benefits page of the AWS Certification Portal in addition to the text you included seen on the payment screen at Pearson VUE and PSI: "All benefits are non-transferable and intended for use solely by the individual who earned the benefit and by the AWS Certification account to which the benefit was originally assigned. If AWS, in its sole discretion, determines you misused or transferred a benefit, AWS may invalidate the exam result related to the misuse or transfer and the benefit will not be reinstated."
