Workmail - undelivered inbound emails

Hello! Some emails are not delivered to our emails addresses sender receiving the message Your message wasn't delivered to name@mydomain.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. It's strange, because it's not happening all the time, some messages are delivered, other no.

Hi,

The problem sounds like you have multiple MX records for your domain. One MX record for WorkMail and another MX record for a different mail service. This is not possible, you can only have MX record(s) for 1 mail service. If you have records for multiple mail services, only 1 service will receive the email and if it does not know the user it will bounce the message.
