All clear now, I will only pay for the successful renewal, all others will not be billed.

I'm not very sure what exactly you are trying to ask - do you need more time to be able to renew your domain? Do you want to have other payment options how you could process the payment? Do you need a payment extention? Or is it that you don't want to review your domain at all?
In any case, I'd suggest opening a billing support case from your account, and our customer service team should be able to help you with the payment issues or answer questions regarding payment options if you have any concerns in this regard: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html
