Problematic content can be flagged using the Flag feature. It is not disclosed how the deletion process will be carried out.

Also, since EXPERT and Tier are points based on approved answers, they can be used as a certain level of reliability. In addition, there is also a mechanism for responses to be evaluated by a third party through the Vote function.
