AWS announces AWS Interconnect – multicloud (preview), providing simple, resilient, high-speed private connections to other cloud service providers. AWS Interconnect - multicloud is easy to configure and provides high-speed, resilient connectivity with dedicated bandwidth, enabling customers to interconnect AWS networking services such as AWS Transit Gateway, AWS Cloud WAN, and Amazon VPC to other cloud service providers with ease.

AWS was not able to validate the provided access credentials

aws ec2 describe-instances throwing this error An error occurred (AuthFailure) when calling the DescribeInstances operation: AWS was not able to validate the provided access credentials

But, works fine with S3 bucket

Permission Policies (attached with IAM user)

AdministratorAccess
IAMUserChangePassword

Hello.

Try running the AWS CLI command with the "--debug" option added.
You may be able to determine what the problem is by looking at the debug logs.

aws ec2 describe-instances --debug

I also think you need to make sure you are using the correct credentials as mentioned in the documentation below.
