Is it possible to customize the layout of a Customer Profile in the Agent Workspace?

Question

I know it's possible to create case templates to control what fields are shown on the case home screen vs in the more information tab, but is a similar feature available for customer profiles?

There are some fields in the default customer profile view that we don't need (like gender for example), and some custom attributes we would prefer to have on the main page instead of under the "more information" tab.

Hello,

Unfortunately at the moment we cannot change or customise the UI layout of the customer profile page [1] in the agent workspace of Amazon Connect. I sincerely regret for any inconvenience caused here.

That being said, please note that in case you have your custom CCP you can build your own CustomerProfiles widget using Amazon Connect CustomerProfiles JavaScript library (CustomerProfilesJS) [2].
