<myorg>.awsapps.com/start stopped loading yesterday

Beginning sometime on Sunday, March 19, 2023, my org's IAM Identity Center login page has not loaded. It just shows a blank screen. I don't recall making any changes that would break single sign on. However, I don't see any reporting of an outage.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

Is there any remediation I can use to get the org functional again?

Update:

Sometimes, but not always, I see the message: "We were unable to load the list of your applications. Try again."

It came back online briefly, but now is failing again.

I am not aware of any events that may have impacted the IAM Identity Center page and I have confirmed that I am able to access my org's page. Have you tested it with another browser or device?

  • I have tried with several other browsers. It came back online briefly this evening, but now seems to be down again. Sometimes, but not always, I see the message "We were unable to load the list of your applications. Try again"

It looks like my Eero home router was blocklisting the URL due to parental controls. When I switch to tethering from my cell phone provider the problem goes away.
