So, please check the above results and check if EBS, snapshots, NAT Gateway, etc. remain.
It is possible that there are still NAT Gateways in the "eu-central-1" and "eu-west-3" regions. So, try changing the region and removing the NAT Gateway. NAT Gateway can be removed by following the steps described in the document below. Also, if unnecessary, please release the Elasitc IP address associated with the NAT Gateway. https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/vpc-delete-nat-gateway
