While trying to install Amazon Connect CTI adapater in Salesforce Lighthning, the installation fails with the below error.

It's conceivable that a teammate may have addressed it, and I might have missed it. I've encountered some new issues in the process. One of them is that contact or account information doesn't seem to pop up for incoming calls.I have cross checked the settings and configurations but still an issue. Any ideas?
nvm. The account pop up was isolated to browser issue.
