Snowball import stuck at 61% for 7 days

My snowball job has been stuck at importing 61% for 7 days. Job ID is JID249f0c63-12d3-41b8-9cde-33e070c9f7e4. Can anyone from AWS take a look? Thanks.

Please send a ticket to AWS support, it should be the preferred channel if you encounter Snowball issues.
