Hi there,
It is very common that a seamingly empty account will still incur some costs.
You can use Cost Explorer
to investigate where the costs are coming from.
Grouping the costs on Service
or Usage Type
should give a good indication.
Usual suspects:
- VPC Service Endpoints
- S3 Storage
- VPC NAT Gateways
There is also a good tool to wipe nearly anything left behind in an account:
