AWS account contains one or more unregistered toll-free numbers (TFN)

I got an email from AWS saying "AWS account contains one or more unregistered toll-free numbers (TFN)" How do I complete the TFN registration? Also how do I know what number is not registered? New to this!

Please find the registration process in the following documentation article. Make sure you clearly state how end users provide consent to receiving messages from your TFN or your request will be denied.
