Could you define which is "not working" the step to reproduce? Which information are you looking for? If it's just the search you can tune it a bit with the search settings:
If it does not resolve your issue on Route53 console web interface, here are some alternatives to search that may help:

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Your answer helped me to search the records, I changed the Search Mode from Automatic to Full and now it started working.
