Quicksight invitations failing with Missing Attributes error

For the past week or so, I have been able to send out invitations to new Quicksight users. However, when those new users click on the "accept invitation" link in the invitation email, they are given a blank page that states "Missing Attributes: This page requires several GET attributes and/or cookies to be set." This error occurs on several machines, on both Chrome and Edge and with or without incognito mode.
