Do you want to assign a public IP that you own to EC2? The following blog posts and documents may be helpful. Note that it is not possible to bring in only one IP address.

I am sorry I might not have said in a clear way. Actually I need to assign an organization Public IP to the EC2, so the on-prime users can access this EC2 with this Public IP.

Say EC2 has a public IP 4.4.4.4.

thanks !!

  • Hello,

    1. Allocate and associate an Elastic IP to your EC2 instance in the AWS Management Console.
    2. Set up NAT or VPN/Direct Connect with BGP in your organization to map your public IP to the EC2's Elastic IP.
    3. Ensure the security group on the EC2 allows the necessary traffic from your on-premises IP ranges.

thanks so much !!
