Sharing Kinesis stream between organizations

We're looking to share an AWS Kinesis stream (for consuming only) with a business partner (Different organization/AWS Account).

Based on: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ram/latest/userguide/shareable.html it's not possible

When there's mention of cross-account access for Kinesis, it's different account under same organization ?
