Amazon Connect - AC Contact Channel Analytics record is not getting created in Salesforce

Hello,

I am unable to see the call recordings, transcript, and sentiment analysis in Salesforce. The AC contact channel analytics record is not getting created. What could be the reason for this?

Check the api user permissions and Lambda logs, you are most likely missing a permission to update the objects in Salesforce.
