Stop charging bill

Hello, AWS support,

I hope this msg finds you well.

My company started testing the Amazon sensor (Monitron), and we were informed that there was no cost to use the sensors. However, to my surprise, I figured out today that we have been charged for the last four months of 2024 (Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr).

Can you please check what is happening and stop charging us ASAP?

  • Account Managers (AMs) are your primary point of contact with AWS for business or technical matters. You can as well open a ticket to AWS on this matter explaining this to them

  • Hello Marcos, there is no way I can know your account manager. For example, in my company, when we migrated to the cloud, we were assigned an account manager from Amazon. We can connect with them anytime we need to make changes or escalate an issue because we have invested a lot in AWS

Double-check your AWS billing statements to ensure that the charges are indeed related to the Monitron sensors also you could also contact you account manager from AWS explaining this to him. A service fee is charged per every Amazon Monitron Sensor in use :- https://aws.amazon.com/it/monitron/pricing/ . Please contact your account manager representative in AWS
