"This instance type does not support retrieving the latest console logs"

Question

Hi, I am trying to investigate what is wrong with my Linux instance.
I get "This instance type does not support retrieving the latest console logs" error
I cannot find any information what instances actually supports this functionality.
                "ec2:GetConsoleScreenshot",
                "ec2:GetConsoleOutput
permissions have been given. GetConsoleScreenshot gives nothing either just a screen full of dashes.

Hi AWS-User-4707325,
                 
            Viewing the latest console output is available only with the instances built using the nitro system and is not available through the EC2 console. Here is a link that shows all instances that use the nitro system: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/instance-types.html#ec2-nitro-instances
