allow & deny policy

Question

hello 
i want to create a policy to allow a user to add/list files to a bucket, and deny deleting or overwriting the file!  
I'm always stuck! or I can upload and overwrite the file, or I can't upload, didn't find a policy that will allow me that 
please help, and thanks ahead

You can start with this bucket policy - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mrdlcastle/aws-resources/main/default-bucket-policy.json

Update it to provide the necessary access to the role or user that you want to provide for the bucket.
