Hi, I have trained a customer query adapter in textract and I get as far as Trying the Adapter, but when I upload an image to try the adapter I just get a spinning confidence marker on the image and a spinning confidence marker in the results pane. Other answers to the same sort of question suggest that a blue bar should appear asking me for permission for my S3 bucket - however I have tried logging in and out, a different web browser and neither appears to invoke this blue bar asking for my permission. As far as I can see both the S3 bucket and textract service are located in eu-west-2 and this is now getting frustrating (because I have started to incur costs as I kept initially destroying the adapters and reloading and retraining as I thought I was doing something wrong. Any help at all please?
