Bucket disappeared from my account

Today a bucket disappeared from my S3 account and another appears with an error. The bucket that disappeared until yesterday existed but today it just isn't showing up. The one that appears with an error was created more than 1 year ago, however the console says that it was created today. What options do I have to recover my information?
