I can not access AWS Training & Certification

I can not access AWS Training & Certification (https://www.aws.training) when I do, I see the following message: 'It looks like you are accessing our system for the first time. We need a few more things to finish creating your AWS Training and Certification account.'

After entering the required information and clicking 'Save,' I receive the message in red: 'An account already exists with this email address. If you are an APN Partner or Amazon Employee, please  singn in using the appropriate option to access your account.'

I am unable to access the site. What should I do?

The message is indicating an account has already been registered with the email you are provided. Did you try using that email to log on or try to recover the password using that email if you don't know the password.
