Multi-region Keyspaces

I am trying to find out if Keyspaces can be replicated to multiple regions? I see that they replicate within the region, but what if you are operating in multiple regions for availability?

The multi-region replication is not supported by Amazon Keyspaces today. A potential workaround is to export keyspaces table as CSV file to S3 bucket in the primary region and then replicating this CVS file from S3 to Keyspaces table in another region via spark/EMR.
