Trying to get onto AWS Simple Monthly Calculator

Hi everyone, im doing a assignment for class and I have to get onto the AWS simple monthly calculator. I've tried multiple browsers like firefox,chrome,micosoft. None of them are working, even if I take the security off of them. I will attach a picture of what it is doing to this question. How can I get onto there?
