Toggle AI/Physics mode gone?

Is this functionality with 1.12 now removed or am I doing something wrong? Can't find this button in editor

This feature seems to have been stolen away by gremlins unfortunately, however Santa Clause was very generous this holiday season and as such has provided us with a patch to re-enable that functionality. I'd like to have this feature in 1.12.0.1, but it seems that this patch is for a different version (1.12.0.0?). Can we get a patch for 1.12.0.1 as well?
