AWS support not responding to SES Production request

It has been 2 days(48 hrs+) since I requested for account to be taken out of SES Sandbox. I am on the basic Support plan and that it should have been actioned within 24 hours. This is now hampering my work. Case ID is XXXXXXXXXXX - please help.

Please note that our Support team provides an initial response to your request within 24 hours. Although it's possible to have your request granted during this 24-hour period, it might take longer to get it resolved if we requested more information from you.
