IAM user account expired. Unable to request period extension. See below error message.
An IAM user is trying to extend before or after the expiration. Attempted to request extension by following below guide but received an Alert message saying "You can't changed attributes of dispatched worker".

This is not an AWS-provided system; AWS's branding is maddeningly bad in some ways, but it's at least consistent. The error you posted is some third party system riding on top of what AWS provides that's throwing this error.
