Amazon Rekognition experienced a service issue

Dear AWS Team,

Our organization is experiencing a AWS Rekog service issue from more than 5-6 months now. AWS Rekog is not working at all, no models are loading, models are not working, everything is corrupted. Training data is not loading, ARN and all details kept on loading and doesn't load at all.

Kindly resolve this issue.
