Upvoting and Devoting

The upvoiting/downvoting point system is working as expected. I've tested it to make sure. When you downvote either a question, answer or comment, both the person that performs the downvote, and the person that got the devote lose one point. You can refer to the table in **How does the points system work FAQ **in the help section located at the top right. Here is the direct link.
