Creating a Private Community

Hello, I would like to understand the complete use-case here before providing you recommendations to enhance the security & privacy. You mentioned there is an ask to create a private group, however there is no mention of any particular service here. I can suggest you to an AWS service of AWS Organizations where you can create user-groups and policies using IAM and restrict the users by various methods.
