I want to login in Google Assistant (Google Home) using my Cognito User pool.
Years ago i used JWT token, from Cognito User pool with App client, to connect the two services. Now something is changed, based on the documentation Access token , Google doesn't recommend (but it does not forbid) the JWT token.
The documentation asks about the "JWT opaque token", but i don't know if Cognito can provide that. I tried to use the JWT token gives me from Cognito,
How can i solve this problem?

The preferred way for linking accounts is using OAuth 2.0 authentication with the authorization code flow as mentioned here: https://developers.home.google.com/cloud-to-cloud/primer/account-linking
I'd suggest to pursue this approach by federating the User Pool using the dedicated endpoints: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/federation-endpoints.html
Finally the Token Endpoint would return a non-JWT access token.
