Where to find AWS Redshift Release Notes?

Previously AWS Redshift Release Notes used to be published on AWS Forums. Since the deprecation of AWS Forums platform, where can customers check for Redshift release notes for every release/cluster version?

Between now and next major release, Redshift release notes will be posted on this platform(re:Post). They can be searched with the phrase "AWS Redshift Maintenance Announcement". Starting with next major release in the mid of April, Redshift release notes for every cluster version will be posted on AWS Redshift public documentation, which will also support RSS feed to which Redshift customers can subscribe and get notified.

Alternatively one can also find the description of the cluster version a Redshift cluster is patched to using the API DescribeClusterDbRevisions
