Hello, is it possible to do the AWS Solution Architect and AWS Developer without doing the AWS Cloud Practitioner?

Yes. While completing the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam is a good foundation for both the  AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer exams, you are not required to do so.
