CloudFront supports HTTP/3.
However, the viewer must support TLSv1.3 and Server Name Indication (SNI). [1]

CloudFront does support HTTP/3 connection. It has been added to Cloudfront since 2022. In order for CloudFront to use HTTP/3, check if your viewer support TLSv1.3 and Server Name Indication (SNI).

For additional information about HTTP/3 support for Amazon CloudFront, please refer to the following documentations: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/new-http-3-support-for-amazon-cloudfront/ https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/distribution-web-values-specify.html#DownloadDistValuesSupportedHTTPVersions
