What's an AWS Practice exams used for?

In this URL https://aws.psiexams.com/#/dashboard/compact-dashboard, what's a Practice exams used for? Just look at the scores that we pass, should we really go to the exam or not? Because there is no solution.

Practice exams are a great way to mimic the exam experience. You will be able to use the look and feel of the exam as well as answer questions. You will receive a score report for your result although you will not receive feedback on each individual question.
