Unable to send SMS through AWS SNS?

While sending SMS from backend we are receiving "SMS SENT" in our terminal but when we checked it in the AWS SNS(Text Messaging) graph all our SMS requests have failed. We would like to know what could be the reason for failure of messages as it was working fine until few days now the failure rate is 100%.
