No, AWS does not use AI to answer questions on re:Post. All questions are answer by registered users of the site, some of whom are AWS employees.

Thanks for your swift answer. As a student, learning on this filed. Hope the following question, makes sense to be asked here: Could you please let me know if GCP or Microsoft leverage AI for answering forum/community questions? If yes, what is the cost benefit in terms operational efficiency ?
AWS does have options that use AI to answer questions, such as Amazon Q in the console and documentation pages. AWS does not seek to pass off AI as a user in a forum however.
I can't speak to Microsoft or Google's offerings.
